I like "feeds". I was an early Twitter adopter in high school, and the format has stuck with me.

What hasn't stuck is social media.

As I try to be more intentional about tending to my personal website, I took a leaf out of my friend Steve's book and started building some of my own software to solve things I wanted to accomplish on the web.

One piece was a new backend for the site you are looking at right now. The posts, the images, even this feed, all managed through some homebrew CRUD.
